Quality

The salt test results, roughness and hardness are evaluated by Certified Laboratories. The painting cycle features following customer’ s preferences or the RAL range of colour. All the tubes are cleaned before assembling the cylinder. All welding operations on tubes and rods are carried out in compliance with UNI EN ISO 3834 standards. All cylinders are tested following Quality Management System. All the material is supplied with Quality Certificates.

 

All cylinders are cleaned following the NAS scale; the minimum level is NAS9.
 

NOYFAR in February 2021 obtained the prestigious UNI EN ISO 3834-2 certification which guarantees the highest quality standards in welding processes.

Noyfar is able to provide a high quality painted finished product, while ensuring a high degree of customization, thanks to the introduction of a water-based painting system in its production cycle. Only non-toxic water-based epoxy and polyurethane paints are used. The modern technologies used in the dosing of paints and in their production allow to obtain an environmental process with zero impact.
